The Standard Canvas specializes in designing and printing quality canvas art for your home sweet home. We offer premium products, awesome customer service, and promised satisfaction!
Payment
We accept all major credit cards and payment thru Stripe. Due to the custom nature of our work, payment must be cleared before we can begin any design or print work.
Shipping
Once your design is approved, the canvases typically spend 4 business days in production and then ship via UPS ground. We do offer expedited services; just contact us and we will set up a custom listing for you with the appropriate shipping charges.
Refunds & Exchanges
We are confident that you will be very happy with your final product. In the rare case that you are not satisfied, we will do everything possible to fix it. Once you approve of your custom design (or submit your print-ready files), the printing process cannot be canceled. Due to different monitor settings, colors may appear slightly different on screen and in person. Because of this we do not offer exact color matching services. We will not be held responsible for errors (spelling, numbers, etc.) once the design is approved by you. You must have the rights/permission to utilize the files/images submitted to us; we will not be held responsible for illegal use of images. Any of the above situations does not result in a free reprint of the item.
A reprint of your item can be granted if there was technical printing / delivery error on our part. If you are not satisfied with the final product, please contact us as soon as possible and we will seek to work it out quickly. Happy customers is our goal! :) We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason (i.e. vulgar obscene content, inappropriate images, etc.); in this case you will receive a full refund. We have a Christian worldview and do business in light of it.
